• Led the redesign of end-of-season landing pages before transitioning to rebranding initiatives in early 2024
• Collaborated with an external agency, overseeing their work and facilitating communication during the rebranding process
• Responsible for the complete overhaul of the website design for desktop and mobile platforms, with an accompanying design library adapted to brand guidelines, incorporating custom components.

I was hired as a Lead App Designer to transform the existing web service into a modern mobile application.
• Upgraded landing pages and assisted the marketing team in achieving a more modern look and feel
• Developed wireframes with the product team and periodically presented progress to company leadership
• Translated the entire platform into a mobile app, maintaining all core functionalities and adapting them for mobile use
• Built a design library with core components, text styles, and other UI elements
• Utilised mid-process prototypes to confirm concepts, flows, and navigation
• Created a final prototype for a close-to-real design experience and to provide developers
with a clear visualisation of the desired final outcome
• Worked closely with developers to clarify layouts, infographics, and screen transitions
